I've been a resident of the Harlow for a year and a half and I've had nothing but great experiences. Move-in went smoothly, the apartment was spotless with everything in working order and if I've been in need of a repair, they've responded in a timely manner (I messed up my own wall hanging something - whoops!). The facilities are very nice and while I haven't used them a lot (COVID) any time I've had the opportunity, everything has been clean and well maintained. And most importantly, the staff is amazing. They've had a lot to deal with this past year and they've handled it with nothing but grace.
